I wasn’t even a fan to begin with. I got a copy of Twilight the same year they said it will be turned into a movie. And since I am the type of person that would read the book first before watching the movie, I did. I haven’t even got past Chapter 7 when I got bored with the story. For me, it was slow-paced and nothing is really happening. I never had the patience to read through the book, so when I decided to sell some of my books, I sold Twilight. I guess I was the only one at that time who did that because the lady at Half-Priced books looked at me surprised.

Then the movie came out. I really don’t know how it happened but there I was watching the said film with my sister, our neighbor and my brother. I actually forced my brother to go watch it so somebody would drive us to the theaters. After the movie was done, I felt that the movie didn’t even give justice to the book. I know, I know. I’ve read a few pages and knew nothing about what really happened, but I just felt that there should have been more. The love between Bella & Edward shouldn’t be that shallow. I wanna read the book again, this time read it cover to cover. But how? I didn’t want to spend another $20 (which I eventually did, considering I bought all four books). Thankfully, I have a friend whose got an e-book of all four books. And I guess you could say that it was the start – of me loving the series.

In less than 3 months, it was also the same time Breaking Dawn was released, I’ve finished the whole series. And I was right. They’ve skipped a lot of parts in Twilight. (The movie is just 2 hours long, so I can’t really blame them.) I guess that is why a lot of people didn’t really like the movie, aside from of course the screaming teens, is that they never really showed the deep connection between Bella and Edward. It was just another teen movie about vampires, werewolves and a girl falling in love with these creatures. Well, maybe it is, but still, I don’t think people should be hating. They never really got to know the vampires & werewolves by just watching the movie. I’m just saying, don’t hate on the story, hate on the hype it became.

And when I say hype, they went crazy – shirts, candies, even a sparkling lotion, name it, Twilight did it all. And with all the screaming girls going gaga over Taylor & Robert, I understand why everybody is annoyed. I do. I mean come on, I don’t really mind the merchandise because I don’t really buy ‘em (except for my Twilight shirt) but what bugged me was Twilight winning every effing award that is based off of votes. Just like in the recent MTV Movie Awards, New Moon won over Alice in Wonderland and The Hangover. THE HANGOVER. Geez, don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed New Moon, I even watched it twice but I just don’t think it is better than The Hangover, i just love that movie! Oh well, you can never underestimate the power of pre-teens. And I’ve got a feeling, Eclipse will again get all the awards next year at the Movie Awards. I just have to deal it with.

Am planning to watch Eclipse today, by myself. Nobody, even my brothers & sister wants to watch it with me, they’d rather watch The Last Airbender. Fine with me. I think I can relate to Edward and Bella more than Aang. I’ve read the reviews and most them said that it is the best Twilight movie so far. I was kinda surprised with the reviews I’ve read in Rotten Tomatoes, most of them are positive. I guess David Slade did something different and right. I just won’t expect anything from the movie, I’ll just enjoy myself. Hmm, I’ve also read that Taylor Lautner is shirtless all through out the movie, note to self: must be ready with all the screaming teenagers.

Oh and yeah, I’m excited for Breaking Dawn. My favorite book out of the whole series. I wonder how they’ll cast Nessie.

[edit] My sister said that The Last Airbender got 6% in Rotten Tomatoes. This is not good. No The Last Airbender means No Eclipse for me. o.O Bummer. I’ll just wait for it on DVD then. [/edit]

hindi pa ako nakakabili ng Twilight DVD o kahit nung Blu-Ray. nasa Best Buy kami ng mga kapatid ko nung isang araw, nagkalat ang posters at DVDs pero di pa rin ako bumili. pagpasok ko sa trabaho ng gabing un, kinuwento sa akin ng bossing ko na napanood na raw nya ng ilang beses ung movie, at mas mabuti raw na Blu-Ray version ung kunin ko dahil mas maganda ung meadow scene. nainggit ako. dapat bumili na pala ako nung nasa Best Buy kami.

kagabi, tinanong ko ung kapatid ko, kung bibili na kami nung DVD. ako daw bahala. ok. gusto ko bang bumili? ewan.

napanood ko ung Twilight, first day of showing. adik. nabasa ko ba ung libro? oo, hindi ko nagustuhan, at dahil hindi ko nagustuhan, binenta ko ung libro. pagkatapos kong panoorin ung movie, may kaibigan akong (Hi Jennina! ^^) binigyan ako ng e-books – Twilight hanggang Midnight Sun. basahin ko raw muna tapos saka ko pagisipan kung bibilhin ko ung mga libro. binasa ko habang nasa work ako, natapos ko lahat ng libro ng wala pang isang buwan. nagustuhan ko. mabagal lang kasi ung takbo ng kwento nung umpisa. pinakagusto ko ung Breaking Dawn at Midnight Sun. sana tapusin ni Stephanie Meyer isulat ung Midnight Sun. after 3 months, nagpunta ako sa Barnes and Noble, binili ko ung buong Twilight series. $110. parang nagtapon lang ako ng pera.

t-shirts, perfume, button pins, bag, posters, accessories, shimmering lotion? lahat na ata ng maiisip mong gamit eh meron ang Twilight. parang Hannah Montana lang sa advertising. pero wala pa ring tatalo sa Hannah Montana. nung nasa Walmart kami, nakakita ako ng game. board game ng Twilight. adik. bumili ako ng dalawang t-shirt ng Twilight sa Hot Topic. isa para sa akin, isa para sa kapatid ko. birthday kasi ng pinsan ko, eh mahilig sya sa Twilight. binalak naming suotin ung t-shirt, hindi natuloy. pero sana pala, binili ko ung choker na katulad nung ginamit ni Alice sa movie. si Alice nga pala ung paborito kong character sa buong series!

nai-release na ung DVD. nagsho-shoot na rin sila para sa New Moon na ipapalabas sa November. may release date na rin ang Eclipse, July 2010 ata. natsismis pa nga na napipisil daw si Drew Barrymore para magdirect ng Eclipse. ang mahal ng talent fee nina Rob P. at Kristen S., ilang million daw pero ang liit lang ng budget nung film. tas ilang buwan lang ung shooting?? gudlak. hehehe. masaya ako na si Taylor L. pa rin ang gaganap na Jacob, pero ung gaganap na Sam daw eh iba na. medyo naging usap-usapan din ung pagcast kay Dakota Fanning as Jane. sino kayang gaganap na twin nya? hmmm.. ang iniisip ko, pano nila gagawing movie ung Breaking Dawn? ang gross lang kasi nung pagbubuntis at panganganak ni Bella. saka sinong gaganap na Renesmee? well, may sabi-sabi na CGI daw. ok. nagagawa nga naman ng technology. :)

Twilight. Bella. team Edward. team Jacob. team Switzerland. maganda naman ung kwento, pero madami ring haters. masyado na kasing sumikat, kaya madami na rin ang umaayaw. hehe. parang gusto ko tuloy pumunta ng Forks, Washington.

di ko pa rin alam kung bibilhin ko ung DVD o hindi. sana may magregalo na lang sa akin.

habang binabasa ko ung text, naririnig ko ung boses nung announcer sa TV.. actually, naiisip ko ung mismong trailer.. dati gusto kong mapanood yan, ngayon ayaw ko na ata..

halos lahat ata ng movie nina Bea at John Lloyd eh napanood ko.. Close to you, All about Love at Now that I Have You.. ewan, basta aliw ako dun sa chemistry nila.. pero syempre, iba pa rin ung Jolina Magdangal-Marvin Agustin na loveteam, un talaga the best! (oo na, jologs na! :P) anyways, balik kina Bea at John Lloyd, maganda kasi ung mga movies nila.. sabihin na nating ka-relate kasi…

ayokong panoorin ung One More Chance.. unang-una, di naman kasi ipapalabas dito sa San Antonio.. kung malapit-lapit lang ang San Francisco, tinakbo ko na eh, kaso hindi.. pangalawa, di na ako masyadong naniniwala sa one more chance.. i feel bad just saying that kasi parang ang dating, di na rin naniniwala sa love.. naniniwala naman ako, hinihintay ko lang ung taong magpapatunay ulit nun (drama!)..

sumikat ang Highschool Musical, a year ago.. at ngayong taon nga, nilabas ang HSM2 isang linggo bago magpasukan.. almost one yr din ang inintay ng mga pans para lang sa sequel ng HSM.. kahit ako, inabangan ko rin, di dahil sa isa ako sa mga pans nito, pero dahil sa gusto ko lang panoorin.. ^_^

natuwa naman ako sa mga bago nilang kanta at dance steps, pero simple lang ung mismong kwento.. sabi nga ni kuya rob, mas maganda pa nga raw ang HSM.. well, oo, tama sya.. parang mas maraming nangyari sa HSM kesa sa HSM2.. pero nonetheless, nag-enjoy pa rin naman ako sa panonood.. :) ito ung mga tipong movie na di mo kailangang magisip masyado.. predictable ba? hmmm.. oo, malamang imposible namang magduet sina Troy at Sharpay sa ending eh..

may mga tsismis na may lalabas daw na HSM3.. hmmm.. kung totoo un, gusto ko lang sumali.. hahaha.. mangarap lang diba? libre naman… kaya naman, pinag-aralan ko talaga ung steps ng isang dance routine sa HSM2, gumawa ng video at nilagay sa youtube.. sana lang may makakita noh? hehehe….

asan ung dance video na ginawa ko? syempre, di naman pwedeng hindi ko ilalagay dito sa blog ko? ^_^ enjoy! (sana?)

iba talaga ang epekto kapag kulang na sa tulog, tapos maaga pang nagising… ^_^

i think i’ll get a Camaro for my first car! ^_^ ay, mag-aaral pala muna akong mag-drive…

wow.. double wow.. speechless actually.. ngayon lang ako lumabas ng sinehan na mejo shock pa.. ang ganda ng palabas.. sobrang ganda! $19 ang binayaran ko sa sinehan pero worth it.. sobrang worth it… hay.. nasabi ko na bang maganda? as in sobrang ganda ng Transformers?

pinapalabas pa lang ung trailer, gusto na syang panoorin ng kapatid ko.. ako, di masyado.. kasi naman, oo nga naging paborito ko si Optimus Prime pero ilang taon pa lang ako nun.. ni hindi ko na nga masyadong maalala ang kwento ng Transformers.. ang alam ko lang mga robot sila na nagiging kotse.. sabihin na nating napilitan akong panoorin un, dahil off naman ako at wala akong ibang gagawin sa bahay kundi ang humarap lang sa computer.. at heto ako ngayon, nakaharap sa computer ranting about how great the movie was..

everything was great about the movie.. effects, the actors, voice of the robots.. grabe, si Optimus Prime talaga un! simple lang ung storyline and mabilis ung andar ng kwento pero malaman ito.. kung di ka Transformers fan nung kabataan mo o kung wala ka talagang alam kung ano ang Transformers, at papanoorin mo ito dahil lang sa sabi nila maganda, maa-appreciate mo pa rin… hands down talaga ako kina Michael Bay, Steven Spielberg and the rest of Dreamworks and Paramount Pictures for making a great movie.. can’t wait for Transformers 2! ^_^

paglabas ng theather, nagiba ang tingin ko sa mga sasakyan.. feeling ko anytime pwede silang magtransform.. hahaha! wala pa kasi akong tulog nung nanood kami ng sine.. hay naku, wala na talaga akong ibang masabi kundi sobrang ganda nung movie.. kaya panoorin mo ha! ^_^
